Reformer Pilates is a popular exercise form and as of 2025 we are finally able to offer private sessions in a safe and stimulating setting


We are excited to offer private Reformer Pilates sessions within our team environment. We want to empower our clients in their understanding how to use Pilates to suit their individual unique bodies.

It is important to to bring the message across that, to build a strong functional core system, there is more to it than just working on the abdominal muscles. The focus needs to be placed on the back, the diaphragm, the pelvic floor, and the hip muscles.

Having your Pilates instructor with access to the healthcare team and discussing where clients run into problems is such a valuable added service in getting our clients to exercise in the most effective and comfortable way.
