The balance studio has been created to allow our clients to move from private sessions with our movement specialist into safe, fun and functional group classes


Led by highly qualified exercise specialists our classes are uniquely developed for The Balance Group. At the moment we offer 2 types of classes: Yoga & Movement and Strength & Conditioning. Our philosophy is to keep moving and that is exactly what these classes deliver. Both the exercise novice as well as the experienced gym member, you will find these workouts to be beneficial.

What to wear

You will need to bring sports clothing, ideally yoga pants and top. No shoes necessary.
